The One and Only

When I was getting ready to go meet friends, Mama Lai criticized my choice in wardrobe as "unflattering"and asked me to change.  I got upset and left in a huff.  I later apologized for losing my temper and expressed that what she said made me feel bad.  


Mama Lai kissed me on the forehead, told me she loved me and said:

"What can you do?  I am your only mommy!"
